The Forgot Password Reset button in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8 does not work.

Workaround

1. Log in to Portal successfully as the member.

2. Click the member's name in the top-right.

3. Click My Profile.

4. Select Edit my profile.

5. Change Password.

6. Enter the old password once and a new password twice.

7. Change Password.
