The font named Laval Signalisation.ttf, copyright by Esri, and released 11-4-2017 does not display correct symbology on a computer with a Windows 10 operating system.

This font contains the Esri copyright, however, it was not produced here in Development. There are numerous errors with this font and it does not pass validation. It looks like the font was started with an existing Esri font and added their own content. Until it passes validation it cannot be analyzed.Steps to Reproduce
