The following Spatial Statistics tools do not work as GP Services due to an issue with importing py libraries: Average Nearest Neighbor, High/Low Clustering, Incremental Spatial Autocorrelation, Spatial Autocorrelation, Grouping Analysis, Exploratory Regression, and Ordinary Least Squares.
