The following page, https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcobjects/latest/net/webframe.htm#230e9f9e-4180-4b8a-a053-278a4618d020.htm states the ESRIExportRasterBufferSizeMB registry key is under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\Output. However, this registry key displays under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\Desktop10.x\Output instead.
