The following error message, "The version could not be reconciled. DBMS table not found" is returned under certain versioning workflow conditions.

Additional Information
The reconcile operation is incapable of determining if the user does not have permission to the table or if the table indeed does not exist, therefore, the correct error message is present and cannot be improved. If a user with access to all of the different feature classes (for example, the SDE user) does the reconcile, it works fine and receives the conflict window as expected.
