The following error message, "RuntimeError: Objects in this class cannot be updated outside an edit session [fc]" is returned when trying to use InsertCursor on a feature class with attachments.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.

Workaround

Keep attachments disabled, or start editing session (though that results in BUG-000139941).
