Bug

The following error message occurs when recalculating/editing/deleting spatial index on GEOGRAPHY layer, "Failed to add spatial index. Invalid entity type mask". However, no error occurs with GEOMETRY and it looks like the user is able to modify the spatial index, when in fact they are not. The same message should be returned for both data types.
