The following error message is returned when restoring the PostgreSQL geodatabase, "Error: relation"sde.sde_coordinate_systems"does not exist Command was: ALTER TABLE ONLY public.sde_spatial_references ADD CONSTRAINT spatial_ref_fk1 FOREIGN KEY (cs_id) REFERENCES sde.sde_coordinate_systems(id);"

Additional Information

The behavior is not happening as a result of ArcGIS but with pg_restore. In order to restore, it must be done with -n switches for public and sde in the same command. For example: pg_restore -U postgres -d snoopynetst1 -n public,sde dump1.dmp
