Additional Information
The status page is responding as designed. The web browser client request is timing out due to the processing required to fulfill the request. As a result, an error message is displayed on the screen indicating to attempt the request later. It is possible, at a different time where the backend system may successfully fulfill the request within the time allowed and a report is displayed.
For organizations with large amounts of usage data, it is recommended when using the interactive website to create usage reports which are shorter in duration. For longer-term and summary reports, it is best for organization administrators to use the report creation feature and generate a new item in the portal for use later in generating custom reports.
Workaround
Use reports instead. The call to/itemStatus has more time to complete than the call to/usage. It can also grab information from Postman for a shorter period of time (a few hours vs. one day) using the epoch time parameter.
