Additional Information
This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
- Export individual layers to a file geodatabase (FGDB) from the UI.
- Go to the Sharing API and export a few layers at a time to an FGDB.
