Additional Information

This setting can be changed in the Annotation Options dialog box. 1. Using the Edit Annotation tool, select an annotation feature. 2. Right-click the annotation feature and select Follow > Follow Feature Options. 3. Uncheck the "Automatically follow linked line features" check box.
