Additional Information
The difference in results between ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap is expected as a result of a change in the algorithm used for the Weight neighborhood statistics options in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. The output from ArcGIS Pro is more accurate as a result of the improved algorithms.
