Additional Information
In the current version of ArcGIS Field Maps, the way floor information is recognized by ArcGIS Field Maps has changed and it is now stored within the web map. Configure the floor-aware maps in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online Map Viewer first.Workaround
Configure the floor-aware map in ArcGIS Pro as described in ArcGIS Pro: Configure indoor layers properties. The user may need to upgrade to ArcGIS Pro version 2.9.
