The Floating Panel and Magnifier have the following problems when using DIR="RTL": 1) They cannot be dragged left to right at runtime, 2) They have button alignment problems, 3) The magnifiers crosshairs are not centered, 4) The resizing is unpredictable, and 5) The magnifier image is shifted right at runtime.
