Additional Information

In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and older releases, temporal data is displayed in the device time zone in the map viewer. In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, there is support for the web map time zone, and there is a choice between device time zone, data time zone, or specific time zone.
