Workaround
There are two workarounds for this issue.Workaround 1:1. Add or remove the layers that are not used while configuring the Filter widget from the web map viewer and not from the Edit Map section in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS. This is to ensure the filter settings are retained within the web app.Workaround 2:1. After editing the web map and saving the map within the Web AppBuilder, a warning message is displayed, whether or not the user wants to apply the changed map. a. When the warning window appears, click Cancel. This cancels the changes made to the application only and all the changes made to the web map are saved.b. Refresh the web page. Ensure the Filter widget which is configured, remain in the same way but all the changes made to the web map are reflected in it.
