Additional Information

The 'Filter feature layer' custom widget does not create the useDs itself. It can use or dsManager.createDataSourceByUseDataSource(useDs) to create a state layer data source. The Filter widget creates the city layer. The Map widget creates the state layer when clicking on the map.
