The Fields view or Select By Attributes tool do not show all the fields after using the Add Join tool with feature classes of the same name from different locations in ArcGIS Pro.

Duplicate of BUG-000126815.Workaround
Use the Join Field tool to make the join permanent. Once the joined fields are permanent, the fields show up in both the Fields view and the Select By Attributes tool.
