The fields list title and description in a pop-up in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer display Alt codes instead of accented letters when pulled from a field using an Arcade expression.

The text is displaying correctly.Workaround
Do not pull the field list name or description from a field using an Arcade expression. When typing 'régulière' for example, the accents are recognized, and the field list name and description are correct.
