Additional Information

This is not a bug. In ArcMap, the actual field names of the geocoded output field, the field names are changed (although different names than in ArcGIS Pro). There is also an option in ArcGIS Pro 2.7 to specify which output fields to include with the geocoding results. If the user selects Minimal or Location only, the fields are copied over without the names getting modified.
