Workaround

Use the 'fields' property since the REST API indicates that the geoprocessing service requires the JSON with 'fields', <a href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/index.html#/Submit_GP_Job/02r3000000p8000000/" target="_blank">http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/index.html#/Submit_GP_Job/02r3000000p8000000/</a>.
