Bug
The feature service with the Unique Values symbology class using two fields to create bivariate symbology causes the filtering option to display an incomplete list of symbology class names rather than field values for the field selected in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic filter.

Bivariate unique value renderers are currently not supported for styling and filtering workflows in Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic. Support for bivariate unique value rendering is to be added to Map Viewer in a future release.Steps to Reproduce
