Collector Classic for ArcGIS was retired in December 2021 and the functionality has been replaced by ArcGIS Field Maps. Refer to https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/collector/field-mobility/deprecation-notice-for-selected-field-apps/ for more information.Workaround
The customer has a few temporary solutions by finding a few other symbology styles that work a little better but is still not fully satisfied.
- Character marker from the Esri Business TT font set called 'Circle 2' in the ArcMap Business style reference.
- Character marker from the Esri AMFM Water TT font set. This is found in the AMFM Water TT font map, versions of it are in the ArcMap Water Wastewater style reference and in the ArcGIS Online 'Basic' symbol set.
