The feature layer published as a web map with symbology does not save the web map with the style order in the feature display order and it reverts to the default order after saving.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
The only workaround is to re-configure the symbology in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer and save it. This does not change the style order to 'Default Order'.
