The feature layer generated from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect fails to load in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic and returns the error, "Accessing data failed" but loads in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

Use Map Viewer to access this layer. No plans to resolve this issue in Map Viewer Classic.Workaround
Use a view of the feature layer in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.
For layers created as a result of Survey123 Connect, the Editing settings in ArcGIS Online default to:
- 'What features can editors see?' has the default setting to 'Editors can't see any features, even those they add'.
When this setting is changed to 'Editors can see all features', all points can be viewed in Map Viewer Classic and other applications.
NOTE: It is still an odd behavior that even when the 'What features can editors see?' setting is set to 'Editors can't see any features, even those they add' points are still viewable or accessible in the new Map Viewer.
