The feature layer disappears from the map when clicking the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Incident Analysis widget in ArcGIS Online if the widget is configured with a tab.

Additional Information
There is an option at the bottom of the setting panel of the Incident Analysis widget, 'Disable layer visibility management'. If the option is checked during configuration, the layers do not disappear when the widget is active.Workaround
