The Feature Info widget selects rather than filters when the List widget trigger is set to filter data records on the framework level during the record selection changes in ArcGIS Experience Builder while the widget data is coming from two views created from the same feature service.

As shown in the video, the Feature Info widget utilizes Data View 2, while the List widget utilizes Data View 1. When configuring the 'Message action' for the List widget, the 'Action data' is not specified, which prevented the filter from being applied to the Feature Info data. If the 'Action data' is set to Data View 2, the filter works as expected.Steps to Reproduce
