The feature class spatial index is dropped and recreated when using the InsertCursor class from the Data Access module for inserting new records in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.

Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6 by adding a new parameter to the arcpy.da.InsertCursor object. Users can opt out of the load_only default behavior by setting this parameter to False.Workaround
None at this time.
