The "Failed to load conflict information" error returns with branch versioning when a conflict is created across two different services.

Workaround

Use one project that has access to both services during the reconciliation. Use one of the following workarounds to resolve the issue:

Option 1

1. Create Project3.
2. Add Service1 to map1.
3. Add Service2 to map2.

Option 2

1. Create Project4.
2. Add Service1 and Service2 to map1.

The conflicts are now loaded in the Conflict Manager.
