This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
Set all additional attributes extracted from the input raster to null, where RASTERVALU=.
Optionally, run the Join Field geoprocessing tool (or the Add Join and Copy Features tools) to add additional fields from the raster based on the RASTERVALU extracted.
