Specify the appropriate analysis environment, extent, or cell size to run the tool accordingly.
Note: For analysis using the Living Atlas layers such as terrain, the https://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/WorldElevation/Terrain/ImageServer layer is restricted to a 5,000 x 5,000 pixel limit in a single request. By default, the terrain cell size is 0.25 meter, setting an extent less than the limit, which in this case is approximately 1 kilometer, so the tool can run successfully.
To analyze larger areas, extract the digital elevation model (DEM) zoom to an area of interest, run the Copy Raster tool, set the cell size to 30 meters, and extend the area of the display. The output raster is less than 5,000 rows or columns.
