When using the Extract Data tool in a Map Viewer Classic analysis, only features intersecting the area of interest are exported. When features have no geometry values (for example, a line of 0 length), the feature is not exported. In Map Viewer, there is no need to specify an extent to extract in the Extract Data tool, and all features with or without geometry will be extracted. To export all features, use Export Data on the portal item page. This exports all features even those without any geometry.Steps to Reproduce
