Bug
The Extract By Mask tool gives incorrect output extent when raster and mask feature data have similar projections except for the names. (North_American_1983 vs NAD_1983). The extra cells in the output are filled with NoData.

Workaround
Redefine the projection of raster data (‘North_American_1983_UTM_Zone_10N’) using the Define Projection tool to the same as that of vector data (‘NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_10N’).Steps to Reproduce
