The extent property of the MapView class returns an incorrect longitude value when the WebMap extent is smaller than the container in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x.

Additional Information

This is working as designed. The world is clipped, but the extent goes to the View, so this is where 0 is if you imagine it drawing multiple worlds drawing side by side at zoomed out view extent.
