The extent of a hosted feature layer, with a custom spatial reference of NAD_1983_86_Adj_MN_Ramsey_Feet, is not retained in the ArcGIS Hub site after overwriting the web layer from ArcGIS Pro.

This is an expected behavior.

Workaround

  1. In ArcGIS Online, click the Settings tab of the hosted feature layer on the item details page.
  2. Click Edit Extent.
  3. Draw the extent of St. Paul, MN to change the extent back to St. Paul, MN.
