The Export Map Server Cache tool, from the server toolbox, fails to export cache from a cached map service which has fewer scales cached based on an Area of Interest, and for the remaining scales cache to be fully created.

Additional Information

No errors are displayed when exporting cache using the AOI for the scales 0-19. Please ensure that cache exists in the service cache directory for the area to be exported. Better error messages have been added in the new releases to let the users know the amount of cache being exported.
