Additional Information

This cannot be reproduced in 10.2.1. release (did not try 10.2).

Workaround

1. Click OK after the error message appears.2. Click "Browse..." within the Software Authorization wizard.3. Select the ESLF file.4. Click Next to proceed to authorize ArcGIS for Desktop.
