The error, "We're sorry, the page you're looking for can't be found." is returned when trying to access a private Minimalist (Mature) configurable web app with the URL provided on the item details page.

Additional Information
This defect is not to be addressed as the Minimalist configurable web app is in mature status. Users are encouraged to use the Minimalist or Basic Instant apps available within ArcGIS Online as an alternative moving forward. Please reach out to Esri Technical Support if there are any questions.Workaround
- Recreate the web app using the Minimalist or Basic ArcGIS Instant Apps template, and replace "/apps/Minimalist/" with "/apps/instant/minimalist/" in the app URL.
- Access the app after signing in to ArcGIS Online.
