Bug
The error messages, "Failed to load notebook" when opening ArcGIS Pro Notebook and "500 Internal Server Error" when opening a kernel in Jupyter Notebook are returned in an environment containing an installation of the r-arcgis-essentials and/or the GeoPandas package.
