The error message, “Version not found” is returned while making a connection to an enterprise geodatabase in the same session after running the Enable Enterprise Geodatabase tool with a login mapped as the SDE user.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Workaround
- Open a new session of ArcGIS Pro and make a connection to the geodatabase with the same login.
- Make a connection to the geodatabase with a different login in the same session.
