Additional Information

This issue is not to be addressed. The issue may be caused by an underlying ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 3.x issue which is currently in mature support with no further development. Refer to https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-api-for-javascript/life-cycle for more information on the ArcGIS API for JavaScript product life cycle. Migrate to ArcGIS Experience Builder. Workaround

Use the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Alternatively, follow the workaround for Google Chrome:

  1. Add two web layers in the bottom of the web map.
  2. Set the two layers to not visible in the web map.
  3. In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, set the two layers to not visible in the Layer List widget and the Legend widget.
