Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible. Upgrade to the latest ArcGIS Enterprise release.

Workaround

  • Upgrade ArcGIS Server to version 11.
  • Publish all content as copied rather than referenced. No issues occur with the routing service when the network dataset is published as copied.
