Bug
The error message, "Unable to delete member (username). This member has taken their ArcGIS Pro license offline" is returned when trying to delete a member with an an offline Drone2Map for ArcGIS license.

This is an expected behavior. Users must check in the license before deleting. If users are not available or cannot check in, users have to call Esri Customer Service to release the license for the offline user prior deleting.Steps to Reproduce
