Bug
The error message, "The underlying service failed to respond or responded with an error. Please try again later or contact support" is returned when clicking on the attributes of a feature service in the ArcGIS Enterprise sites using the Find Data option.

The Find Data option is replaced with a new data exploration interface in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.Workaround
- Change the sharing setting of the map image layer service to 'Everyone' while configuring the sharing setting of the feature layer.
- Access the service on the site.
