The error message, "The index [[esri-ds-data_c95a852d-1059-424a-9b35-4febcc526eca_es-6-4-2_20210218/QuLEG5EtSUmmzqmOdLjudg]] was created with version [6.4.2], but the minimum compatible version is OpenSearch 1.0.0 (or Elasticsearch 7.0.0). It should be re-indexed in OpenSearch 1.x (or Elasticsearch 7.x) before upgrading to 2.11.1," is returned when migrating data in the datastore (big data – Elastic) from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.

This behavior is by design. Per Esri documentation: "Due to changes in the underlying storage mechanisms and in ArcGIS software, the data store backups you create with older ArcGIS Data Store versions cannot be used to restore data to newer ArcGIS Data Store versions."
