The error message, “Requested operation could not be completed” is returned when the user attempts to change the symbology using Arcade expressions in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 with the Czech operating system.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
Changing the decimal separator to point resolves the issue. Navigate to Control Panel > Clock > Language and region > Region and language > Additional settings > Decimal.Steps to Reproduce
