Explorer for ArcGIS is unable to support geometric networks or complex edges until they are supported by ArcGIS Runtime SDK. Explorer for ArcGIS is built on ArcGIS Runtime SDK, and some functionalities cannot be added on the app-side without enhancements being made in ArcGIS Runtime SDK first.
