The error message, "Layer cannot be added to the map. Support for adding this layer type is not yet available." is returned when accessing a feature service published from a parcel fabric in Map Viewer.

This is a known issue in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 Map Viewer. Support for feature service created from parcel fabric was added in 4.x JS SDK/Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and higher.Workaround
- Add the feature service to Map Viewer Classic from the portal contents.
- Click the Save button in Map Viewer, click 'Save as', and add the required information to save the feature service as a web map.
- Switch back to the portal contents and open the newly created web map in Map Viewer.
- No error is returned. The new web map opens in Map Viewer Classic without any failure.
