The error message, "Failed to add data" is returned in ArcGIS Pro when adding a table created in Oracle or creating a table using the Create Unregistered Table geoprocessing tool.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest released version of ArcGIS Pro, version 3.5.Workaround
- Register the table with the geodatabase.
- Add the data as a query layer in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.
