Workaround

There are two options to resolve the issue:

  • Upgrade to a newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Grab the files from another 10.7.1 deployment with the files. Stop the Portal and plug in the files below:
  1. Grab and plug the 'arcgis-html-sanitizer' folder to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappbuilder\stemapp\libs
    1. Grab and plug the 'EditorXssFilter' javascript file to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappbuilder\stemapp\jimu.js\dijit
    2. Grab and plug the 'arcgis-html-sanitizer'folder to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappviewer\libs
    3. Grab and plug the 'EditorXssFilter' javascript file to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappviewer\jimu.js\dijit
    4. Start the portal and the Smart Editor widget successfully loads in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. After configuring the widget with an editable feature, the Smart Editor widget pane does not list the feature but the features can be edited by selecting them on the map.

The error message displays when loading the editable feature in the pane:
